Corey is a highly decorated United States Navy Veteran, seasoned Senior Intelligence Officer, and recognized entrepreneur; he has dedicated his career to advancing national security and technological innovations. With deep expertise in information technology transformation and cyber solutions, he has notably enhanced the capabilities of numerous U.S. government organizations.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to service, Corey founded MartinFederal (www.martinfed.com) in 2006, setting forth a vision for a company that would become synonymous with excellence in advanced data-protection, intelligence, and cyber technologies. Serving as Founder and CEO until April 2021, he guided MartinFederal from its inception to a robust enterprise generating over $30 million in revenue and employing more than 189 professionals across multiple sites, domestic and international. Under his leadership, MartinFederal rose as a trusted partner to high-profile federal clients, including all of the Department of Energy and its National Laboratories, the Department of Justice, NASA, ATF, the Department of the Army, the Department of Education, and other confidential agencies. The company’s portfolio spanned numerous critical infrastructure projects, both within the United States and internationally.

Academically, Corey holds both a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Auburn University, complemented by prestigious professional business certifications from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management Executive Leadership programs. Corey is also a highly credentialed sUAS pilot holding numerous certifications in Photogrammetry, Thermography, sUAS Mission Operations and with AUVSI as a Level 2 sUAS Trusted Operator.

Continuing his entrepreneurial journey, Corey has established TerraOptics, a pioneering drone services company specializing in high-end optical, inspection and imagery solutions for Corporate, the Federal Government and the Department of Defense. Through TerraOptics, he remains committed to harnessing innovation for critical national missions.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Corey is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, championship BBQing, Auburn Football (War Eagle!!) and taking in Atlanta Braves games whenever possible.
